The Guide to Good Animal Welfare in Dairy Production was elaborated by a project group composed of experts, members of the IDF Standing Committees on Farm Management and Animal Health as well as representatives of the World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE) and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO).
