Making a contract with us
When you place an order with us, we will e-mail you to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us. It is possible to pay safely by credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard) or wire transfer.
As soon as payment is confirmed or received, you can access our publications.
Delivery and administrative charges
Are included in our prices.
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly, so that we can make a claim against the carriers. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund.

Disagreement regarding copyright infringement
Our company falls under the jurisdiction of Belgium (Europe). Therefore, only the Court of the Province of Brussels can be called upon to decide a binding agreement between all parties involved. Decisions by that Court are binding for international customers too.

These terms were last changed on 27 October 2010. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
