IDF International Cheese Science and Technology Symposium
Co-organized by FIL-IDF Canada and the Quebec STELA Dairy Research Centre of Université Laval, the 2021 completely virtual edition of the IDF International Cheese Science and Technology Symposium will gather international scientific experts to share the latest research findings and technology innovations.
7th IDF ParaTB Virtual Forum 2021
The purpose of the meeting is to share experiences in the control of paratuberculosis at the regional or national level on a country to country basis; and to use the learnings from the subsequent discussions to further refine the methods of control which are in current use. During the Forum each country representative will be given an opportunity to deliver a short presentation of no more than 10 minutes about their national program/activities to control paratuberculosis.
New dates: 8th IDF International Symposium on sheep, goat and other non-cow milk – Virtual Event
The Symposium will cover the latest scientific advances about milk originating from other ruminants than cows on the fields of human nutrition and science and technology, as well as advances on animal health.
